Orient Chemical Ltd., established in 1974, specializes on manufacturing Solvent Dyestuffs, Petroleum Additives and Stationery Inks, supplying high quality products that meet international standards for over 30 years.
As a pioneer in Korea’s solvent dye manufacturing sector, Orient Chemical leads the domestic market and is increasing its global market share as well. The company set up an R&D center in its headquarters office in 1990 and continued its nvestment on R&D activities, successfully launching stationery inks in domestic market that were dominated by imported inks.
Currently, Orient Chemical supplied high-quality stationery ink to the countries in Asia including Japan and China, European, American and African continents.
The requirements and regulations for stationery inks to be harmless to humans and environmentfriendly become increasingly stricter in many nations,
including Europe, the USA and Japan. Particularly, stationery ink is required to meet high standard since the products are in direct contact with the human body. Orient Chemical is dedicated to making human- and environment- friendly products. All of them are in line with national and international safety standards such as ASTM D-4236, TRA, AP and EN-71 Part3/Part9.
Orient Chemical has also acquired REACH and TSCA certificates.
The company mainly exports to Japan, China, Europe and America, and sees exports volumes constantly increasing to India and Pakistan.
The company has a monthly production capacity of 200 tons of solvent dye and 400 tons of stationery ink.
