Die-casting aluminum cookware provides an excellent non-stick feature compared to stainless steel products. Seshin’s die-casting products are lighter than traditional stainless steel products but heavier and sturdier than pressed aluminum products.
Seshin's cookware is durable & thick construction provides evenly distributed heat during the cooking process. They also have faster heat distribution, longer heat preservation and minimized hot spots, which show less sticking of food on the cooking surface. The cooking surface inside the die-casting cookware has no rivet part for sanitary and easy cleaning. The company can provide various shapes of products are possible in specific design.
Seshin’s Ceramic Color Casserole set features scratch-resistant cooking surface with eco-friendly nonstick ceramic coating, thus emitting no PFOA/Pb/Cd & emitting far infrared rays & anion (negative ion) which are good for human body. With the scratchresistant ceramic coating, they ensure durability and easy cleaning. The body is made of die-casting aluminum with 4.5mm-thick bottom and 2.5mm-thick wall.
Any color is available outside. They apply overflow protection structure in both ways of aligning pouring rim of the body with colander holes of glass cover & of applying steam-vent standing knob. It also allows pouring water without spilling food inside without taking the lid off. Also, the tempered glass cover (Ttype) has a steam-vent standing knob. With the scratch-resistant ceramic coating, they ensure durability and easy cleaning.
