Established in 1987, POONG CHEON Industries has been professionally manufacturing BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) artificial marble, covering a full range of processes ranging from material production to finished product production. Among its main products are sink tops, sink balls, door seals, ceiling tiles, etc.
Currently, the company delivers 70% of the total BMC artificial marbles produced to main domestic construction enterprises including LH (Korea Land Housing Corporation), Samsung C&T, Kyeryong Construction Industrial, Doosan Construction & Engineering, and furniture manufacturers such as ENEX, KCC, etc., respectively. The BMC artificial marbles are made using the high-temperature compression molding method, guaranteeing high impact strength and compressive strength, excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, etc.
With the adoption of the compression press method of mass-production, the products are more than two times stronger than the existing ones, with nearly 30% cheaper prices than other competitors’ products. The BMC artificial marbles measure 600mm in length, 3000mm in width, 7mm in thickness, respectively, allowing adjustable length.
Another one of its flagship products ceiling tiles are made with bulk molding compound, presenting luxurious quality and allowing widened modern three-dimensional space. With the built-in properties of the excellent capacity against bacteria and bacterial proliferation, excellent thermal insulation effect, clear pattern, etc., the ISO 9001-certified products can display more than 300 kinds of colors customers want.
