The notch wire type filtration element, adopted by the company, is made of a cage-shaped anticorrosive frame with a protected fine stainless steel wire wound around. The notch wire element, around which a specially treated fine stainless wire is wound in the shape of a cage, allows for extremely accurate fabrication of the filtration passage dimension due to its simple structure and durable shape.
What’s more, the element is resistant to corrosion and change of material quality and any impurities attached to the element can be removed easily by backwashing and use of the air blow. This feature makes replacement of the element unnecessary and element life is almost permanent.
