Overview
Bellows type Metal Expansion Joint is installed for prevention of damage to the equipment from heat strain, vibration, ground sinking, earthquake etc, by absorbing various expansion/contradiction applied to the pipe lines.
Features
Bellows is made with thin plates to easily absorb contradiction/expansion, while enhancing corrosionresistance by using anticorrosion metal. Where the pressure is high, reinforcing rings or equalizing rings are inserted to the bellows to sustain the pressure. Where vibration is severe, the thin plates are layered several times to increase the fatigue life of the bellow.
