The company is currently specializing in new concrete repair technologies and reinforcement systems for concrete structures, related equipment, polymer chemicals, grouting accessories, etc., developing a real-time grouting work process monitoring system, remote data monitoring system and endoscopic method, the nation’s first of its kind.
Y&K Tech’s dual line grouting injection equipment employs PID method for injection pressure control and management. With its metering pumping system, the injection equipment’s chemicals dispensing variation stays within the range of ±1%.
Injection pressure and rate can be monitored in real-time while in operation. Post-process management is possible using a built in function that totals the amount of work carried out.
The alarm signal can automatically alert the user about the dispensing rate. Dispensing rate is easily adjustable. Chemical mixing can be monitored through the transparent window installed in the mixer unit.
What’s more, washing is possible even during power outages or emergencies since a manual cleaning pump is installed separately. The injection equipment’s specifications are: application of epoxy injection; control system of PID controlled by microcomputer; display of LCD display mode; maximum pressure of 25kgf/cm2.G; maximum flow rate of 650ml/min; injection pressure of 2~8kgf/cm2.G; dimensions of 360*450*680mm(W*V*H) ;and weight of 45kg.
The company is currently deepening its trading relationship with Australia, Malaysia, Italy, and New Zealand, further spurring its efforts to exploring new overseas global markets such as the U.S.A., Japan, etc.
