Miga Food and Farming Association Corporation was founded in 2004 and has
specialized in manufacturing glasswort (Salicornia herbacea) salt and diverse glasswort products.
The company produces eco-friendly pesticide-free glasswort from a 330,000-square-meter field on the clean
Suncheon Bay. Miga Food has obtained a patent for the restoration of a time-honored traditional Korean sea salt
called ¡°jayeom,¡± which literally means broiled salt.
The Miga Food is doing best to produce reliable top-quality products. All of its products are being manufactured at the
HACCP certified manufacturing facility through craftsmanship and rigid quality control. They also gained international
organic standards, including JAS and European organic certificate as well as Korea¡¯s organic certificate. Currently,
they are supplied to organic stores and Korea¡Æ¨ªs leading retail chains.
