Rice is surprisingly the second most popular food behind corn.
Especially, as a staple food in Asia, among many species, soft and sticky one is preferred,
and rice also has become a significant symbol meaning fertility and prosperity. Korea is
one of Asian countries where rice is consumed largely. JAEHEE RPC(Rice Processing
Complex) is leading its industry with parboiled rice.
The very first operation began in 1908. Officially registered its name in 2000, JAEHEE
RPC has been busy producing organic rice by applying chemical-free cultivation for
years. A handful of awards help customers understand the quality level of the grain: for
7 consecutive years, being “A-Grade Superior Rice Processing Complex” by the
government, the most outstanding rice brand for 6 straight years, and acquired GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) Certificate
in 2009. Recently, JAEHEE RPC in cooperation with INDUSS Group has introduced parboiled rice.
JAHEE RPC is proud to present, high in nutritious value, parboiled rice. It goes through processes like soaking, steaming,
and drying. As a result, the parboiled rice looks gold in color; it is more digestible than the other species, and well fights off
moisture and harmful insects, enabling an extended period of preservation. Particularly, JAHEE RPC’s parboiled rice with no
odor absorbs water better when cooking.
