Dong Seo High Tech, which started its business with a business philosophy of “human dignity” and “customer satisfaction,” has secured a system to massproduce truck tire washers, helping its customers reduce production costs and shorten construction periods significantly.
The company’s representative product automatic wheel washer is designed for use mostly on construction sites, mining sites or other places where washing the wheels of dump-trucks, heavy trucks, and other vehicles is necessary.
It helps to reduce clouds of dust and a lot of dirt for clean air and to minimize further damage to the pavements or roads with clean tires, thus allowing for reduced construction periods and costs, respectively.
The product is a super-high speed washing system, operated by detecting the vehicle’s in and out movements by means of sensors. Balanced nozzle locations make wheel washing perfect on both the inside and outside of wheels, as well as underbody of the vehicle in an optimum time.
Conforming to KS (Korean Industrial Standards), the product’s main frame is especially designed and built to provide enough strength by CO2 welding. To prevent rusting, special paints and sandblasting are also applied.
A submersible pump installed in the tire washer enables cleaning water to self-circulate, and automatic water supply system ensures a constant supply of cleaning water. What’s more, the automatic sludge expulsion system pushes out the submerged soil and debris automatically, with its powered chain conveyor installed in the wheel washer, while also providing an excellent anti-abrasion property, thus lengthening the machine's durability.
The company is now targeting global markets especially in Australia, Singapore, China, New Zealand, Brazil, and the Philippines, while also exploring promising overseas markets in Canada, the United States, Finland, Belgium, Vietnam, India, and Turkey.
