Daeduck Food has been dedicated to producing traditional fermented Korean sauces and pastes forming the basis of Korean cuisine such as doenjang (soybean paste), ganjang (soy sauce) and gochujang (red pepper paste) for the past two decades. Using traditional fermentation method, we provide the natural traditional Korean sauces and pastes, which are stored and ripened in the Korean crock called ¡®Jangdokgol¡¯ to relieve consumers of the painstaking job of making Korean sauces and pastes at home. Based on the belief that fermented foods should be made by using natural ingredients, Daeduck doesn¡¯t add any artificial additives in our products. All staff members from Daeduck Food will double our efforts to produce better-quality Korean foods and while preserving the tradition of the time-honored Korean fermented food culture.
