A DCA (Direct Core to Core Alignment) type optical fiber fusion splicer, "Swift S3" is compact and light, measuring 138 x 160 x 135mm and weighing 2.3kg (including battery). RoHS compliant, it operates at a splice time of nine seconds and a tube-heating time of 26 seconds.
Swift S5 is a highly sophisticated and integrated core alignment fusion splicer, which has been designed to perform the five major multifunctional, features systematically - heating, stripping, cleaning, cleaving, splicing and sleeving.
Integrated as an all-in-one device, it is compatible for splicing on a connector.
