The company¡¯s flagship instrument, the Exicycler¢â‚ 96 Real-Time Quantitative Thermal Block (Exicycler¢â‚ 96) is a breakthrough product which contains novel patented optical technology dubbed ¡°Light Tunnel Technology.¡± This technology, which produces an excitation light profile that is even across the entire plate, remedies the problem of light intensity difference between the center and edges of the plate - a problem that has long plagued high-end real-time qPCR instruments since their introduction.

The 96-well block was uniquely developed by Bioneer to effectively transmit and control temperatures while offering valuable features such as a thermal gradient.
The analysis software was developed in-house with the purpose of providing an intuitive and user-friendly interface while providing the end-user of powerful tools for result analysis - an often neglected facet of real-time qPCR which is just as important as the polymerase chain reaction itself.
