Jungdrin Han Sung kimchi is made with fresh and safe raw materials. Only high quality raw materials are selected and processed in a clean environment while those additives which are harmful to humans, are never used.
The overall flavor of Jungdrin Han Sung kimchi is neither too salty not too hot. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste with its fresh, crisp and hard texture. More than 100 kinds of kimchi are being produced every season. The most popular ones are Pogi kimchi and Dolsangat kimchi.
There are also Kakdooki (Cubed Radish), Oisobagi (Cucumber) kimchi, Bosam kimchi and many others.
Mini Roll Bossam kimchi, Kannip-Yangbaechoo Mari (Sesame Leaf / Cabbage Roll) kimchi, Miyeok (Seaweed) kimchi, Ginseng Pogi kimchi are unique types for special guests and can be cooked in many different ways according to the season.
Mini Roll Bossam kimchi and Kannip-Yangbaechoo Mari were also recognized as excellent food ininternational fairs such as the 2003 Singapore International Invention Contest.
