The 2nd to 8th Process
- Repeat the Step 2 through Step 6 of the 1st process for seven more times.
The 9th Process
- The salt columns collected at the end of the 8th process are stacked in the innovatively designed 9th process cast iron pot(different from the por for 1st to 8th processes) and pine resin powder is sprayed directly into the pot that is equipeed with an auxiliary furnace igniter and a continuous aeration system.
The internal por temperature can reach over 1500 oC. Salt melts quickly to become molten(salt) lava that is frained into a cooling chamber. The upper portion of the solid 9th processed bamboo salt column is separated from the lower portion to avoid contamination of undesirable insoluble materials and ashes.
The whitish-gray upper portion is crushed into either pieces or powder for consumption.
