and drying. As a result, the parboiled rice looks gold in color; it is more digestible than the other species, and well fights off
moisture and harmful insects, enabling an extended period of preservation. Particularly, JAHEE RPC¡¯s parboiled rice with no
odor absorbs water better when cooking.
