In particular, Teazen’ matcha is produced by grinding green tea that is grown in its directly operated tea plantation that specializes in organic green tea of highest quality. At its tea garden located in Haenam of South Jeolla Province in an unpolluted environment, the tea plants are cultivated in a natural way, without using agricultural chemicals during the planting and production process. The company obtained organic product certificates such as USDA-NOP, Organic EU and JAS.
Teazen has been placing top priority on producing hygienic and safe products by selecting carefully goodquality raw materials and by producing reliable tea materials in its own production facility in the Yongin factory. The company also guarantees the quality by conducting regular inspections. These inspections are performed in accordance with strict food processing regulations mandated by the KFDA.
