Neo Technical System Co. manufactures industrial micro bits for
printed circuit board (PCB) production. Micro bits are used for
manufacturing processes requiring a very high level of precision, and
range in diameter from 0.05 mm to 3.175 mm depending on the type
of application.
Neo Technical System’s micro-bits include the end mill, router bit
and micro drill bit. End mills are devices used for surface grinding of
PCB slots and external surfaces used in the BOC of IC substrates, and
range from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. Router bits are used to cut PCBs and slot holes, and micro drill bits are used to drill
holes used for chip circuitry. Due to the highly precise nature of these circuits, micro drill bits typically range from
0.05 mm to 0.35 mm in diameter.
Founded in 2000, Neo Technical System Co. began manufacturing PCB micro bits in 2001. In 2002, the
company began manufacturing whirling-type shafts for automobile motors by applying its core technology in
developing precision instruments. With a production capacity of 20 million per year, the company’s micro bits for
PCB production are exported to major companies in the World.
