The high frequency, induction soldering iron developed by Good Feel
Co. digitally controls the operating temperature of the iron, making it
possible to do various soldering works which require different soldering
temperatures.
In the lead-free soldering process, the temperature-level must be
increased to 370- 460¡ÆC, higher than the normal soldering that requires a
temperature of 320¡ÆC~360¡ÆC. This gives rise to the problem of shortening
the life of the iron tip, as the chrome-plate and iron-plate of the tip is
weakened at such high temperatures. Good Feel¡¯s soldering iron solves this
problem by employing alloy at the tip, instead of plating, thus increasing the stability and saving additional costs
caused by frequent replacing of the tip.
In addition, the auto-sleep time function of the product automatically lowers the temperature when soldering
work is idle by distinguishing working from non-working time with the sensor inside the tip. Displaying the tip
temperature and easy soldering work are also available thanks to the EMS control function installed and the small
and light iron, respectively.
