Paka Textile Co., Ltd. is equipped with a vertically integrated production system from yarn selection and weaving, to dyeing and finishing. Focusing on R&D, the company develops some 30 new materials each month. Paka’s differentiated, high-functional fabrics include the “Passeta” soft and luxurious artificial suede, the “Sofrong” high-sensibility, high-performance fabric using super-micro fiber, the “Noshiny” high-density fabric by using full-dull micro fiber, the “Gentel” natural-conceptual fabric, the “HI-BREX” vapor-permeable, waterproof fabric
with high-functional membrane, the “Tactel” nylon66 fabric by Dupont with a soft touch and excellent drape, the “CoolMax” fast-drying fabric, the “Outlast” high-tech thermo-controllable material developed by NASA of the USA, and so forth.
The company’s first weaving factory has a capacity of 700,000 yards of synthetic fabrics per month, equipped with 61 units of Tsudakoma machines. Its second weaving factory produces synthetic and natural fabrics, with a monthly capacity of 1 million yards, via 93 units of Picanol machines from Belgium.
