Joong Ang has successively released both non-crosslink PS foam and crosslink PE/PP foam after successfully producing non-crosslink PE foam for the first time in Korea.
Non-crosslinked PE foam plank foam line (NPP line), one of the firm’s export mainstays, comes in thicknesses of 50-120mm. Accordingly, NPP foam from the maker does not need to undergo the process of PE foam to foam bonding. NPP foam absorbs continuous shock, thus ensuring superior cushioning effect. It also provides a long-lasting insulation effect.
It has a capacity of approximately 350~450kg per hour. Its length varies from 4m to 9m. The product line is very widely applicable to the production of packaging & cushioning materials, electronic equipments, cosmetics, tools, and miscellaneous items.
With its superior capacity for making foam-producing lines, the company is expected to earn more than over US$25 million in total sales annually. Major foreign markets include China and Southeast Asia.
