The maker’s recently released miniature linear rail system is a linear motion bearing that can be assembled even in small room. It is designed to endure big static load and high speed of reiteration movement because a steel ball with maximum diameter is installed on it. Notably, the simple block design guarantees high-speed moment of inertia.
The product’s applications include IC/LSI manufacturing equipment, slide part of OA instruments, floppy disk readers, wafer conveying systems, print equipment, medical equipment, IC bonder conveying systems and robots.
Contrary to the traditional LM Guide, the miniature linear rail system has a compact design for lower friction and higher rigidity. In addition, the recently developed stainless type (Material: SUS440A) prevents rust even under the highly moist and acid environment. The product is available in 9mm, 12mm, and 15mm types.
