Among the maker’s latest products are splitter modules, fiber arrays and CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexer) modules. Splitter modules from the firm feature very low insertion loss, excellent uniformity, low PDL (polarization Dependant Losses) and flat wavelength operation (1260~1650nm). The splitters are pigtailed with single mode fibers and compact package. They are available with 4, 8, 16 and 32 channel configurations.
The company’s fiber arrays have angle polished end-faces and can be used for coupling to many kinds of PLC (Power Logic Communication) application devices such as AWG (Arrayed Waveguide Grating), splitters, MEMS (Microelectromechanical System) switches, integrated optical devices and arrayed detectors. They are made from micro-machined quartz from Pyrex, thus ensuring excellent fiber-to-fiber pitch and planarity.
