Youngdo Velvet has manufactured velvet products under the brand name of “Three Eagle” since its establishment in 1960. With the batch production system covering the whole processes from yarn twisting & weaving, dyeing, shearing to finishing, the top velvet maker in Korea manufactures premium quality products at a competitive price.
In addition to its own large-scale factories in Korea, Youngdo runs a design development team and a technical development institute, which put out 15 new weaving items as well as 240 surface designs every year.
Youngdo has also put in place a rigorous quality inspection system, where its highly trained staff classifies fabrics into several grades, based on macroscopic examination, along with fabric testers.
As a result of these efforts, it has met various needs of overseas buyers. Its major overseas clients include Talbots, Federated, Next, M&S, Zara just to name a few. Youngdo gets 80% of its revenue from exports to the U.S., Japan, China, Germany, Spain, Brazil, Russia, etc
