The THPS System for fitness test and exercise prescription is designed to analyze individual body types based on stature, weight, body fat percentage, body mass index, etc, measure and assess comprehensively physical fitness including cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, quickness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, etc. It automatically formulates a custom-tailored exercise program based on the reliable prescription knowledge database.
The THPS System is designated as the official system of the National Fitness Center at the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation. It is a management system in which the whole process of fitness test and exercise prescription is automatically processed and systematically managed.
