ILWOO Tech was the world’s first company to have commercialized an Ecofriendly Parts Washer, KHP-V37 by developing the technology of “VOC Flow circuit system.” This system utilizes bio-ceramic filters integrating with the parts washer (KHP-V37) to effectively control VOC-levels (Volatile Organic Compounds). The system is able to reduce harmful VOCs.
KHP-V37 is expected to be widely distributed in the United States after acquiring the approval for use of the parts washer from South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) by June 2010.
Of special note, it is designed as a sealed (chamber) structure for preventing pollutants’ emissions and providing a totally safe working environment. Using KHP-V37 can increase 30% of waste solvent solution recovery than by using open-type parts washers.
The parts washer developed with an eco-friendly renewable bio-ceramic filter integrated, KHP-V37, allows the user to save on operating costs.
Moreover, equipped with a Solvent Heater (U.S. pat 6.128435), its cleaning efficiency increases in the winter time.
