Wheel Corporation¡¯s main product Ferrule is used in connectionsw between the rubber hose, which is a gateway for a refrigerant, and aluminum pipes in auto air conditioners.
As a patented product thanks to using the Pipe Process instead of the existing Impact Process, the product has many advantages, including very low material loss (3%), higher productivity (30%), higher cost-competitiveness (30%) and low failure rate (5ppm) in comparison with the existing products. Within less than three years after its release, the product accounted for 90% of domestic market share, and was selected as a world-class (nextgeneration) product in 2008.
Currently, the product is being exported to China, Thailand, India and Iran.
