The company mainly exports heatprocessed pork products such as pork cutlet, Bulgogi, Yakibuta and Nibuta to Japan. Yakibuta is Japanese cuisine that goes well with ramen noodles or white rice. The word Yakibuta is literally translated as barbecued pork. Particularly, slow-cooked by using far-infrared heat at the low temperature, the Hanil’s yakibuta is juicy pork that provides a smooth taste.
Abundant in collagen and Vitamin B, the Japanese cuisine is very popular among female consumers. Nibuta is tenderly simmered pork which comes in handy for various dishes.
For example, thinly sliced nibuta makes a good topping for ramen or salad, and cubed nibuta can be used in fried rice. It’s easy to cook nibuta and is worth the extra time.
Hanil Farm’s pork-cutlet contains less oil and lower calories, offering crispy taste since it is made using partly cooked meat and requires shorter frying time.
