Under the management philosophy of quality first, customer first and futureoriented, Gadal Hitech has since its founding in 1988 grown into one of the leading companies in Korea in the area of high-quality and advanced technology applied to standard precision mold parts through constant efforts to develop world-class technology.
Especially, last year the firm has successfully developed a High Pressure HYD-Cylinder (100/250kgf/cm2) with its own technology, which requires high pressure in the precision mold &injection molding industry (automotive, LCD TVs, IT industry; etc.) and further, in industrial machinery, it delivered the item to the mold division of Samsung Electronics and to the related mold companies and exported it to overseas markets, thus improving the process rate of design, production, quality and delivery of the precision mold industry and productivity to 30%(currently, holds cylinder-related patents and many of the design registrations).
Also, the maker has built an automated robotics system, which replaced the existing manual production process, for the roduction of standard EJECTOR PIN (SKD61 PIN/SLEEVE PIN/SKH51 PIN) that was conducted by the new western division of the company in 2009, by which the company realized the high efficiency and optimization system of all processes, including gas nitriding, etc. This could be done, thanks to the introduction of a robotics automation system instead of the existing manpower-intensive management system.
Furthermore, in order to secure the one level upgraded quality &technological competitiveness, the company has currently been conducting cooperation with related organizations such as the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH),
university research institutes, etc.
More than anything, in case that the plan for fullscale mass production is well promoted, the targeting of new markets in the field of high-quality precision mold parts of EJECTOR PIN is expected to be accelerated in the first half of this year.
The company’s president, Lee Hyeong-hun says “we now have a plan to achieve the realization of the high value-added of mold parts by continuously introducing ultra-precise equipment for the development of high value-added mold parts,” adding that the maker has created a steady demand in the main business area by satisfying customers.
