The Door Module System manufactured by Daeki Automotive accomplishes both quality and safety for water resistance, dust
proofing, soundproofing, speaker efficiency, and window operation. The system is largely comprised of Module Plate (Steel,
Aluminum or Plastic), Door Latch, Window Regulator, Door Speaker, Wiring Harness, Inside Handle, Outside Handle, and it
is especially designed taking into account the important aspects in automotive systems, such as waterproofing, dustproofing,
soundproofing, speaker performance, window glass and burglarproofing, etc.
The company’s other impressive product Power Tailgate (PTG) System installed at the rear of the car is designed to be
opened and closed automatically via a wired or wireless switch. Known as a system which integrates four discrete
components namely the Tailgate Latch, Spindle Drive, Electronic Control Unit, and Anti Pinch Strip, it not only can be
activated via the button-style tailgate release, but also operated via remote control, and the buttons on the side of the driver’s
seat.
This system is very convenient and safe for a vehicle laden with freight. In particular, it is designed with a safety feature to
reverse by an anti-pinch strip with automatic sensors when obstructed by parts of a person’s body or objects during the
tailgate operation.
This automatic system is generated by a piezoelectric pressure sensor, a device that uses the piezoelectric effect to
measure pressure by converting it to an electrical signal and vice-versa. In addition, this structure contains a function that
closes the tailgate automatically when the door is locked.
