HMD’s LPG Carrier is an ocean-going liquefied petroleum gas carrier for the carriage of Propane, Butane, Butane and Propane mixtures, Butylene, Propylene, Anhydrous Ammonia, Butadiene, etc with bulbous bow, transom stern, flush deck with forecastle, open water type stern frame, single rudder and single screw propeller driven by a slow speed diesel engine.
The propulsion machinery and living quarters including navigation bridge are located aft. The design of specific cargo equipment is generally based on cargo temperature of -50°C.
HMD is making inroads into the remaining promising overseas markets, strengthening its existing global presence especially in Europe, Asia, Middle East, America, etc.
