Vision Technologies produces ring cores and toroidal cores, key components of current transformers, converters and inverters in electric and electronic industry, out of permalloy and silicon steel, in addition to manufacturing precision press molds required for the products.
The company’s standard type of ring cores are used as components of Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (G.F.C.I.) which protects users from electrical shock and Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (A.F.C.I.) , which prevents fire from electric devices in houses and other buildings. Furthermore, the company has developed continuous heat treatment technology while maintaining constant electrical characteristics.
The company also produces hall sensor cores that sense electric current in battery monitoring systems in vehicles and electrical goods. Various types of customized cores are also available to meet customers’ specific requirements. The company’s products are now exported to various countries, including China and India.
