Globally marketed Jeda’s bearings under the brand name of “LuBo” can be conveniently used wherever oiling is difficult or grease and oil are not available. None of them require oil or grease.
They all basically ensure superior wear resistance even under severe operational conditions, i.e., heavy load, low velocity,
oscillating and intermittent motion which hampers formation of oil film. Self-lubrication with specially embedded solid
ubricants reduces friction, thereby resulting in low coefficient of friction (0.04 to 0.2). They permit a wide range of operating
temperatures, from -415 to 1,100°F (-40 to 600°C).
Their performance is not even affected by water and corrosive chemicals.
When compared with similar kinds of self-lubricating products, “LuBo” bearings guarantee far longer lifespan.
