restoration of a time-honored traditional Korean sea salt called ¡°jayeom,¡± which literally means broiled salt. Miga
Food jayeom is a alkali salt manufactured by boiling sea water from mud flat of the clean Suncheon Bay with the
Miga¡¯s organic glasswort. With low salinity, jayeom has no bitter taste and astringent taste but lingering sweet taste.
