Katshuobushi soy sauce made from tuna extracts and vegetable mixes that provide its unique
flavor, which is deep and strong. Daewang’s Katsuobushi Udong sauce is ideal for making
Udong, a Japanese noodle dish, more tasty and desirable. Yuja dipping sauce features both
Katsuobushi taste and yuja’s sourness and sweetness. Another sauce may best represent Korea’s
characteristic hot pepper taste, and that is Hot Capsaicin sauce which is all about going spicy hot.
