Katshuobushi soy sauce made from tuna extracts and vegetable mixes that provide its unique
flavor, which is deep and strong. Daewang¡¯s Katsuobushi Udong sauce is ideal for making
Udong, a Japanese noodle dish, more tasty and desirable. Yuja dipping sauce features both
Katsuobushi taste and yuja¡¯s sourness and sweetness. Another sauce may best represent Korea¡¯s
characteristic hot pepper taste, and that is Hot Capsaicin sauce which is all about going spicy hot.
