Dippin’ Dots Korea started selling ice cream beads in 1997, and has manufactured Dippin' Dots ice cream beads in earnest since 2002 when the company completed a new plant.
Equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities, the company complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). Dippin’ Dots Korea has exported ice cream beads to Japan since 2003.
Dippin’ Dots ice cream beads are made by using an innovative cryogenically frozen technique, which flash freezes the beads at a sub-zero temperature of 196 degrees C.
