Established in 1982, JinYoung TBX has consistently engaged in manufacturing turbine blades for power plants. These flagship products are successfully delivered to such major domestic heavy industry companies as Doosan Heavy Industries, Hyundai Heavy Industries, etc., and foreign ones like Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fuji Electric, etc., respectively.
The turbine blade (bucket) from the company is an essential part of steam turbines and gas turbines of nuclear, hydroelectric
power plants, and combined cycle plants.
JinYoung TBX has now prepared different kinds of turbines for fully meeting the intricate demands from the overseas markets, including gas turbines (compressor blades and vane- IGV, OGV), steam turbines (rotating/ moving/ rotor blades, stationary/ fixed/ stator blades), IGCC, etc. Current major export partners are mostly located in Japan, the EU, the U.S.A., etc.
Located in Changwon, which is called “the nation’s capital of the mechanical industry,” JinYoung TBX is making good use of its surrounding industrial resources including related human resources and effective network, in addition to efficient administrative support by government.
The company’s products for power plants, marine & pump, aerospace engines, turbo machinery, etc. are gaining a high reputation among its users in Korea and abroad. Since 2010, more than 70 percent of the nation’s power plants have been using JinYoung TBX’s various kinds of cutting-edge turbine blades.
To meet the increasing number of orders for over 200,000units of turbine blades from both Korea and abroad, JinYoung TBX has recently upgraded its turbine blade production line.
As part of its efforts for solidifying its business leverage both domestically and abroad, the company has further designed and released compressor blades for gas turbine, in addition to its existing various kinds of steam turbine blades.
