Thinkware has released two premium three-dimensional navigation models — I-Navi Ready R100 (7 inch) and I-Navi Ready R100 (8inch), respectively. The newly unveiled models are basically equipped with 1 GHz CPU and 512MB memory the first of their kind in the nation, thereby demonstrating fast processing speed and powerful multimedia capability. It can perform faster and more accurate GPS capability especially in the multi-path segment including building forests where the GPS reception is not operated normally due to their shading characteristics by employing the latest Ubiox6 GPS.
It also loaded the latest version of the three-dimensional I-Navi electronic map. The model also supports high definition (HD) video playback capability the first of its kind, thereby giving the user a valuable opportunity to fully enjoy the vivid screen conveniently without encoding. It can further allow the user to enjoy various multimedia such as video, digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB), etc., along with the basically provided navigation screen if the monitor is additionally connected to it by utilizing the dual display function.
A spokesperson of the company was reportedly quoted as saying that the company further plans to provide TCON plus, a new additional service that can supply various communication contents including wireless Internet, real-time traffic information, and CCTV information, and securities information, etc.
