With this motto in mind, Cheong Maesil Farm cultivates plum trees using the method of organic farming in one of the blessed natural environments in Korea; the dawn fog of Seomjin River, and pure dewdrops of Mt. Baegunsan under the warm sunshine are the most precious assets of our farm.
Cheong Maesil Farm also provides green plum extract and other plum-based foods, based on special fermentation techniques of Hong Ssang-ri, the traditional Korean food master in the field of producing plum concentrate extract.
The plums go though fermenting and aging processes in traditional Korean pottery with special care.
