Daugu-based HYO SAN MACHINERY has been engaged in producing various models of textile machinery, including roll packaging machines, based upon the numerous domestic and foreign patents and technologies in the field.
The company, the world’s first company to engage in the production of textile machines, is currently making its main
manufacturing efforts to produce two kinds of its flagship full auto packaging machines, “HSP-500EP” and “HSP-300A.”
The HSP-500EP with a film gathering device and a film drawing devicecan solve problems that may occur when its conveyor
is running and perfectively package even bending, thick-diameter cloths such as knit and velour, as well as general textiles.
It enables uniform and clean packaging regardless of the size of the diameter of the product, with the film heating device
equipped with a variable speed roller.
It displays increased working productivity, due to its narrow area for installation and positioning of the control panel.
The loading conveyor fitted to it improves work efficiency with the equipped functions of loading, stopping and interlocking.
Since 1990, the company has made a special business drive for exporting its variety of textile machines to such promising overseas markets as Japan, Turkey, India, China, Mexico, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
