Origin of Hongsam Myeongju
Wild ginseng is a unique traditional medicinal herb used in Korea since times long past and has great healing ability. It

mass production and relevant technologies have been developed. Korean ginseng is known around the world thanks to
the way it enhances the active beneficial ingredients by steaming ginseng to make red ginseng. With Hongsam
Myeongju, red ginseng is fermented to boost the absorption of active beneficial ingredients. Fermentation increases the
active ingredients by as much as two to four times, making Hongsam Myeongju a healthy liquor that satisfies both
functionality for health and preference, as well.
