My name is *******, I am a Project Manager at *********. We are looking for a reliable supplier able to install, train our staff, and commission two sets of aerobic in-vessel composting equipment (organic waste aerobic digester/composter) to implement two pilot local-scale domestic waste segregation projects in Kyrgyzstan according to the following requirements and specs:
1. Big composter - capable to process 2 metric tons of organic waste a day, mainly consisting of food waste including pre and post plate food leftovers, raw and cooked meat, fruits, raw and cooked vegetables, dairy products and grease resulted from boiling meat. Feedstock loading should ideally happen twice a day.
2. Small composter – capable to process 300 kg of organic waste daily. The composition of waste is the same as above.
3. Both units should be capable to be deployed in close proximity to residential areas without facing issues associated with odor, liquid discharges, insects or animals access.
4. Both units should be capable to operate effectively in negative temperatures without having to invest into building solid permanent structures.
5. Because of the space considerations, processing cycle (digestion period) should not exceed 3-5 days.
6. End product should be the stabilized and biologically rich material ready to be used as a soil amendment and/or organic fertilizer.
7. Ideally we are looking for a turn-key solution which should include grinding or shredding, mixing, and dewatering equipment if necessary.
