The insulated sandwich panel manufacturing line is designed to produce prefabricated sandwich panels with different insulation between profiled steels. After forming the steels into the required shapes for inner and outer skin of sandwich panels, it inserts insulation(EPS, Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, Basalt Wool, Polyurethane) between steels and laminate. Then, the panel cutter cuts into the required length and discharges them by conveyor.
The line can equip automatic stacking and packing devices later. The line produces panels with high efficiency and convenience.
